The senior area sales manager role is target oriented and oversees all sales and routine management of our Scottish Parks.
Travelling between Parks is necessary for this role.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
You will be provided with leads that have been generated at company expense on a daily basis.
All leads provided are to be contacted if for any reason you are unable to make that initial contact the lead must be diarised for a follow up within the next week and the sales department is to be provided with this information so that the database can be updated accordingly.
You will be provided with a number of parks to oversee.
The parks you are provided with are your responsibility, this means you are responsible for the upkeep of the park, the training of the park manager and making sure the park is presentable at all times
Liaise with groundworks/maintenance to make sure that any development work required is carried out.
Advertising and Promotion
You will responsible along with the PR/Marketing Department to ensure that your parks have a visible presence within their local area and nationally.
Wyldecrest endeavour to install stock homes onto some/if not all of the parks. These homes would be your responsibility.
To make sure that all paperwork is completed correctly and that a deposit is taken.
You must liaise with the Sales Operations Manager and the sales department regarding all outstanding sales and you will be expected to assist with bringing these sales to a successful conclusion.
It is your responsibility to deal with any after sales issues, to ensure that they are dealt with expediently and in a professional manner

Willingness to travel across the UK
Valid UK driving licence
An understanding of Health and Safety
A basic salary is on offer with an attractive commission package and OTE plus company car and fuel card
