We are in search of an experienced Receptionist/Housekeeper to join our Holiday Park and team based at our stunning Herefordshire Holiday Park.
Some key features of the role will include:
Clean and prepare hire fleet units for rental after use to a standard set out on the checklist provided
Report any damage or missing items on inspection after use
Clean, dress and maintain to a standard set out in the check list of all show caravans
Work with Park Managers to maintain levels of required linen, cleaning products and inventory needed for the hire fleet, show caravans, offices and reception.
Meet and greet owners, new customers and contractors visiting the offices and reception in a polite and helpful manner; provide refreshments as and when required.
Keep reception and visiting areas tidy and presentable ensuring that first impressions count.
Answering enquiries in person, by phone and on email. Provide accurate information to visitors about company services.
Provide admin support in the production of documents, letters, reports as and when required.
Collecting accurate data from customer information sheets, new customer invoices, gas and electric certificates, insurance details and transfer onto parks database.
Collecting accurate data from new customer enquiries and forwarding to Head Office.
Send sales paperwork and any information requested by head office correctly once completed.

We are looking for someone to work three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) covering 6 hours each day.
