Working closely within the heart of the organisation the Holiday Fleet Manager will take lead position in the promotion of our holiday hire and rental fleet; maximising opportunities to increase business including sublets, advance bookings and additional holiday supplements.

Adhering to all Company administration procedures, including monetary transactions.
Adhering to all Company procedures, Best Practices and branding guidelines.
Agreeing the allocation and financial plans for the department, in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director.
Attending and participating in all relevant internal and external meetings in connection with the responsibilities of the position.
Completing weekly figures effectively and accurately for the Chairman and MD.
Dealing effectively and efficiently with customer complaints following the company/Best Practices.
Delivering the bottom line profitability of the department, in a manner consistent with the long term health of the business.
Developing and maintaining relationships with local travel agents, tour operators and tourist boards.
Developing and maintaining relationships with owners and holiday makers.
Developing and maintaining relationships with on park team members through continuous support, coaching, monitoring and appraisals.
Ensuring that all customer areas, including Reception and promotional / information displays are well presented and work with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions.
Ensuring that all offices, displays and equipment are correctly maintained.
Ensuring that the department maximises income by pre-empting, interpreting and acting upon the weekly financial results.
Ensuring the delivery of the holiday experience to the agreed Company standards.
Establishing and communicating individual and team goals.
Following and enforcing all relevant legislation including health and safety, site licence, fire and employment.
Following the Company guidelines/Best Practices when using external contractors, local authorities and suppliers.
Gaining feedback from both owners and holiday makers on the services and facilities provided on the park.
Holding regular team events, meeting, team building exercises and incentive programmes
Liaising with the Park Managers to ensure the business objectives and the priorities of the Company are met.
Maintaining accurate records for letting units and owner records.
Maintaining all necessary team member procedures and records to ensure all internal and statutory obligations are met.
Managing all team members to ensure tasks and responsibilities are performed to the agreed standard required and to deadline.
Managing and controlling the related costs including marketing, advertising and wages in line with business needs.
Managing the fleet activity effectively to ensure maximum availability.
Maximising opportunities to increase business including sublets, advance bookings and additional holiday supplements.
Providing a safe and secure environment for all customers and team members.
Recruiting, training and motivating team members to meet the needs of the business.
Taking action on customer queries and feedback in the interest of the customer and the operation.
Full time hours, Salary depending on experience.
