Working within the Accounts Team of Wyldecrest Parks, the Senior Management Accountant will take a lead role in overseeing the financial aspect of the business. You will work closely with the Finance Director to produce monthly reports, monitor cash flows whilst predicting future trends. You will analysis and review data and oversee yearly budget expenditures.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Production and review of monthly figures (Financial Report)
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
Reporting on factors influencing business performance
Preparation, analysis and review of Overhead and future yearly budgets
Monitoring and controlling cost allocation and reallocation to live projects dependent on site turnover
Review and analysis of all cost controls to ensure profits are being achieved in line with Company policy
Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Reviewing Cost / Income Statements to ensure costs and sales are correctly allocated to Cost Centres
Ensuring Client Invoices are raised accurately & on time and following through to ensure payments are made within the service level agreement
Control account reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation
Developing a close working relationship with senior management to assist with daily operations and strategic decision making.
Maintain continuous compliance with pertinent government/ISO requirements
Assess internal control weaknesses, implemented new processes
Ensure the assigned statutory and auditor requirements were met
Attend monthly Executive meetings, helping assist the Finance Director with financial presentations & Business plan.

Education & Qualification:
Part or fully qualified ACCA
Experience in Management Accountancy
Experienced in influencing and negotiating with internal stakeholders at all levels
