All our existing holiday park homeowners can stay in their holiday homes ONLY if their primary residence is unavailable due to special circumstances.

We are happy to provide assistance to NHS key workers in these exceptional times, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help you.

Update: 26th May 2020

We are welcoming our holidaymakers to our stunning parks from 4th July (subject to Government advice)

We are looking forward to welcoming our guests into self-contained accommodation which allows social distancing to be observed whilst you enjoy your holiday.

Stringent cleaning methods have been put in place with no contact check in and check out.

Bars and restaurants on site will remain closed for the foreseeable future, however there are plenty of outside spaces for you to explore and create great memories.

If for any reason your holiday cannot go ahead due to coronavirus we will rearrange the date of your arrival without any charges.

We look forward to seeing you soon.

Update: 20th April 2020

The health and security of everyone is our primary concern & we are checking on all the Government advice and doing all the things you would expect.

We have closed all communal areas in our park & where such facilities are absolutely essential, we have advised everyone to enforce strict social distancing policies and strict cleaning regimes.

Bearing in mind the government call for everyone to stay in their homes, we would like to minimise the number of persons travelling to our parks at this time.

All holiday/second homeowners should not travel to or use the site unless absolutely necessary as their primary residence becomes inhabitable.

We have cancelled all non-essential visits to parks which include new holiday stays/bookings. sales related activities, non-essential planned maintenance etc.

Everyone in our parks is reminded to adhere to the government requirements to stay at home (and if they are in the park they should take that to mean their accommodation unit only) and adhere to the strict guidelines for reasons to go outside, along with referring them to government websites for protective measures to take such as hand washing, maintaining social distance etc. – https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus.

All residents are also reminded not to have or allow visitors to their accommodation units and not to go out unless essential as designated by the government.

We understand that these are uncertain & confusing times & we would like to thank you for your patience & understanding.

Our support and gratitude go out to the wonderful NHS staff & we are praying for anyone infected with the virus and anyone struggling with the financial repercussions.

Tough times lay ahead for the whole world, but we all have faced and overcome big challenges before and we’ll come through this stronger and wiser.

We’re in this together. Stay safe.

Best Wishes
Alfie Best (Chairman, Wyldecrest Parks)
