Safety is paramount on our parks. That’s why we invested £102,000 into our Badgers Retreat Holiday Park, which has recently had all roads re-surfaced, new speed bumps installed, road markings: a new upgrade and restructure of the roads, complemented with new bases and newly branded signage.
A £350,000 investment is under way to improve and upgrade our Holiday Park in Scotland. The refurbishment programme includes new roads throughout the park as well as a handful of upgrade works to develop the site.
All drainage and water has been installed and the Phase 2 development is now ready!
A £100,000 was recently spent on a BRAND NEW children’s play which represents just one of the investments made at this park over the last few years.
With a £265,000 investment, the new development has just had new roads and 7 bases installed, with a further 3 completing soon. The investment was also used to make improvements and upgrades to our water and sewage systems, installing new fencing around the park, re-branded signage and BRAND NEW site office. New units are about to arrive on this gorgeous park and is now ready and waiting for many more happy owners!
A 6 month and £500,000 investment is about to begin at our most recently acquired Holiday Park. Amongst other development and upgrade works, we’re planning to install new roads on site, refurbish and convert some of the older buildings and also build a restaurant.
A £1.2 Million refurbishment programme is currently underway at our flagship holiday park, including re-surfaced roads throughout the entire site, new drives for all plots, new plot bases and also a BRAND NEW children’s play area.
Phase 1 – Completed; new road surfacing with markings and driveways have been created throughout a third of the site. New signage has been installed, as well as new barriers to reduce speeds of traffic on the park. We have also undertaken landscaping to smarten the whole look of the park. The rental fleet has been increased from 4 to 8 and the work is already in progress on our BRAND NEW children’s play area. We have had a meter delivered ready for installation at our Ski School to accurately measure LPG gas sales for customers who enjoy the water sport facilities.
There are 4 more development phases planned:
Phase 2 will include the completion of the children’s play area and continued work on driveways, as well a re-surfacing all roads to the Lake;
Phase 3 will complete all access roads and driveways;
Phase 4 – new bases and re-surfacing around the lakeside and implementing low level lighting which is planned to be installed throughout the park;
Phase 5 – trebling the hire fleet as well as an office move and installation of a restaurant and a shop. At this stage, plans to re-instate the miniature railway back to its former glory will get underway.
