Wyldecrest is the only park operator to be ISO 9001 accredited which means we meet strict government guidelines with yearly monitoring.

Yes, we are happy to accept your motorhome, tourer, holiday home on another park or existing Wyldecrest Parks owners holiday home as part exchange for your new Holiday Home.

Yes – of course. As an Owner, your friends and family will be able to stay and use all the facilities on park (if applicable).

Each Holiday Park has a different Owner season which ranges from 48 to 52 weeks. Please be sure to check with the sales team when choosing a park. Please note: parks cannot be used as a permanent residence.

Yes, you will have the choice of those pitch locations which are available to you when you buy your Holiday Home.

No, you are buying a Caravan Holiday Home or a Lodge with the right to occupy a pitch of your choice for as long as you like, providing you pay the annual site fees and abide by the park rules.

Site fees cover security on the park, park maintenance, landscaping, refuse collection, grass cutting, use of the parks facilities (if applicable) and activities and regular re-investment.

Other annual running costs, in addition to the site fees, include rates, gas, electricity, insurance and maintaining any security alarms. Full details are available from the sales offices or park managers.

There are live on Park Managers that are available for added peace of mind and security.

Responsible pet owners are welcomed on the majority of our parks. We welcome well trained dogs but reserve the right to refuse certain breeds. Please ensure your dog wears a collar and identity tag and is on a lead and under control by a responsible adult at all times. We welcome guide dogs. Dogs are not allowed on certain areas of some parks – please contact us for more details.

Buying a Holiday Home is really a lifestyle choice. By letting with Wyldecrest, you can spread the cost of Ownership. However, buying a holiday home should not be seen as an investment for the purpose of yielding an income.

Yes, and if you’d like our help we offer a range of finance options. Finance packages and written quotations are available on request. These are subject to status.
