Why should I choose Wyldecrest Parks?
Wyldecrest Parks has become one of the largest Park Home and Holiday Home operators in the UK since being founded in 2001. Originally specialising in residential parks, Wyldecrest now has a portfolio of exceptional holiday park destinations located throughout the UK. Idyllic and tranquil, our Holiday Parks offer relaxation and fun for all the family. Wyldecrest is the only park operator to be ISO 9001 accredited which means we meet strict government guidelines with yearly monitoring.
Can we use any manufacturer?
Yes, we have a good working relationship with all manufacturers allowing us to give our customers a wider choice of products.
Can I part exchange?
Yes, we are happy to accept your motorhome, tourer, holiday home on another park or existing Wyldecrest Parks owners holiday home as part exchange for your new Holiday Home.

Can my family and friends visit me?
Yes – of course. As an Owner, your friends and family will be able to stay and use all the facilities on park (if applicable).
How many months of the year can I enjoy my Holiday Home?
Each Holiday Park has a different Owner season which ranges from 48 to 52 weeks. Please be sure to check with the sales team when choosing a park. Please note: parks cannot be used as a permanent residence.
Can I choose the location of my Holiday Home?
Yes, you will have the choice of those pitch locations which are available to you when you buy your Holiday Home.
Do I own the land?
No, you are buying a Caravan Holiday Home or a Lodge with the right to occupy a pitch of your choice for as long as you like, providing you pay the annual site fees and abide by the park rules.
What do site fees cover?
Site fees cover security on the park, park maintenance, landscaping, refuse collection, grass cutting, use of the parks facilities (if applicable) and activities and regular re-investment.
Are there any other running costs?
Other annual running costs, in addition to the site fees, include rates, gas, electricity, insurance and maintaining any security alarms. Full details are available from the sales offices or park managers.
What security is provided?
There are live on Park Managers that are available for added peace of mind and security.
Do your parks allow pets?
Responsible pet owners are welcomed on the majority of our parks. We welcome well trained dogs but reserve the right to refuse certain breeds. Please ensure your dog wears a collar and identity tag and is on a lead and under control by a responsible adult at all times. We welcome guide dogs. Dogs are not allowed on certain areas of some parks – please contact us for more details.
Is buying a Holiday home a good investment?
Buying a Holiday Home is really a lifestyle choice. By letting with Wyldecrest, you can spread the cost of Ownership. However, buying a holiday home should not be seen as an investment for the purpose of yielding an income.
Is finance available?
Yes, and if you’d like our help we offer a range of finance options. Finance packages and written quotations are available on request. These are subject to status.
