TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOLIDAYS & TOURERS

ARRIVAL
Seaview between 3pm – 5pm.
Black Rock Park between 3pm – 5pm.
St Cyrus – Holiday Caravans between 3pm – 5pm;
Badgers Retreat between 3pm – 5pm.
Felmoor between 3pm – 5pm.
If you expect to arrive after the stated arrival times on the first day of your stay please let the relevant park know.

DEPARTURE
Please vacate your accommodation by 10am on day of departure and your touring caravan/tent pitch by 11am. You must claim your accommodation by 8.30am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled (please see cancellation conditions).

GROUP BOOKINGS
In the interests of all visitors, Wyldecrest Holiday Parks reserves the right to refuse admission to any person or groups of persons at its discretion.

BOOKING OFFERS
All offers are made at point of sale and can be withdrawn at any time. All offers are limited and subject to availability and may close before dates advertised

DATA PROTECTION
All the information contained in our bookings is stored on our computer system for which we are registered and comply with the regulations of the Data Protection Act. We will not sell this information, and only use it for marketing and information purposes relating to Wyldecrest Holiday Parks.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We regularly take media images for use in our marketing and promotions. Should you not wish to appear in any such material please notify us on or before your arrival.

PETS
Most well behaved small/medium dogs are welcome in selected accommodation only at an additional cost (a maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation unit) provided that the park has been notified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog or other pet to remove it from the park if we consider it a nuisance or to be interfering with the general comfort of other guests. Please note that breeds of dog listed within the dangerous dog’s act 1991 (as amended) are not allowed on any of our sites.

LICENSING LAWS
Alcohol is sold in accordance with UK Licensing Laws. We may require you to show proof of age using an approved form of identification. We will only accept the following forms of ID: A full and current passport or a new style driver’s licence incorporating a photograph.

SEXUAL OFFENCES ACT 2003
You must not permit anyone who is to your knowledge a convicted child sex offender or is subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (‘on the sex offenders register’) to use or visit the Caravan. Offenders will be required to leave the park immediately.

CONTAGIOUS DISEASES
Should anyone be suspected of having a contagious disease which has the potential to infect a large number of people in a short period of time, they will be asked to leave the parks, or if this is not possible, restrictions will be placed upon them to prevent the virus being transmitted. We are unable to offer refunds in such circumstances and recommend that you take out holiday insurance cover to include sickness cover.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your break, please speak to the Park Reception immediately who will endeavor to resolve the issue. If, at the end of the break you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, please write to the general manager at the park no later than 28 days after the end of your break. We are only able to take action on any complaints which are firstly brought to the attention of the reception team whilst you are on your break and secondly received in writing within 28 days, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

HOLIDAY CONTRACT
Our contract is made when you:

Receive our written holiday confirmation
If you book by telephone when we accept your initial payment
If you book online when your booking is confirmed
For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behavior of the persons named on the booking form or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests. We reserve the right to enter accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies. Please observe and adhere to park rules, signage and speed limits and take care of children staying with you especially on parks with lakes and open watercourses. It is possible that in some circumstances, accommodation, entertainment or a facility may have to be temporarily withdrawn. During March, April, May, September and October entertainment may be reduced and or focused in one venue. We reserve the right to make such alterations in certain circumstances without prior notice, and are unable to accept liability for the loss of any advertised facility, or to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused.

PAYMENT
At the time of booking a minimum deposit of £60 or 20% of the Holiday if greater will be taken to secure your holiday. Your balance is due and payable by the date printed on your booking confirmation. If the deposit and/or balance are not paid on time, we may cancel your booking. After you have paid your deposit any alterations to your holiday may incur an additional charge. Please note we do not allow commercial vehicles on site without prior consent and you will be refused entry. Please check at time of booking. When paying by debit or credit card, the same card must be presented, along with a form of photo identification, before accommodation keys can be issued at check-in.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We will require an additional security deposit of £50 when you are staying in our Holiday Homes. This is to ensure that we have minimum funds from yourself to cover any damages caused by your party. This will be refunded once the Holiday Home has been inspected and no damages have been reported.

CANCELLATIONS
It may be necessary to cancel your break due to illness, accident or change of circumstances. As soon as you know that you need to cancel please confirm your cancellation in writing. Charges are calculated from the date that your written instructions of cancellation are received, as follows:

We endeavor to provide all facilities and entertainment as advertised in our brochure. It may however be necessary to make some alterations in advance of your holiday. Although we will try very hard not to change the date or cancel your booking, in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary.

We will inform you of the change of date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the options listed below.

Your options if we make a major change or cancel your booking are to:
a) Accept the alternative arrangements as notified to you
b) Choosing another available break from us at the advertised price
c) Cancelling your holiday with a full refund of any money you have paid We accept responsibility for those arrangements for your holiday which are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party, nor shall the company be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any property including motor vehicles, personal effects or luggage, unless one of the following applies:
1) There was willful neglect by us or our employees, or 2) Death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of Wyldecrest Holiday parks, or our employees.

For all claims other than death or personal injury, which result from the non-performance or improper performance of the contract by Wyldecrest Holiday parks, compensation will be paid that is reasonable in all circumstances.

1.1  By using the Site, you indicate that you accept the Terms and that you agree to abide by them.

2  About us

2.1  www.wyldecrestparks.com is a site owned and operated by Wyldecrest Parks Management Ltd registered in England and Wales under company number 07705173 of registered office at 88/89 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 1RA

3  Liability

3.1  Wyldecrest Parks Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service provided on the Site without notice. Wyldecrest Parks Management will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

4  Intellectual property rights

4.1  Wyldecrest Parks Management is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

4.2  You may print off a copy and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Site for your personal reference.

4.3  You will not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way and you will not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

4.4  You will at all times acknowledge Wyldecrest Parks Management or any contributors as the authors of material on the Site.

4.5  You will not use any part of the materials on the Site for commercial purposes

5 Reliability of Information

5.1  All materials posted on the Site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. Wyldecrest parks Management therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials.

6  Faults

6.1  If a fault occurs with the Site you should report it to us by completing our ‘Contact Us‘ form

7  Our liability

7.1  The Site is provided without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied.

7.2  Wyldecrest Parks Management will under no circumstances be held liable for damages to you nor any other person arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site including but not limited to: loss of revenue or anticipated profits; loss of data; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; injury to reputation; losses suffered by third parties; and any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages.

8  Misuse

8.1  You will not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing malicious or technologically harmful material. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. If you do, you will be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Wyldecrest Parks Management will report any such breach to the relevant authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.

8.2  WPM are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or the downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

9  Links from our site

9.1  Any link to another websites is not an endorsement.

10  Applicable law

10.1  The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to a visit to the Site.

10.2  The Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by the law of England and Wales.

11  Variations

11.1  WPM does not guarantee the availability nor the functionality of the Site.

11.2  WPM may revise the Terms at any time by amending this page.

Part Exchange Scheme

Part exchange monies must be used towards the cost of your new Caravan Holiday Home or Lodge. Part exchange monies will be subject to age, make, model and condition of your Tourer or Motorhome. Prices vary between models and Parks. Subject to availability. Images are for illustration purposes.

Holiday Home Owner Referral Scheme

Up to £500 can be earned through a staggered referral scheme: £250 will be paid for the first referral, £350 for the second and a £500 for the third, for purchases on selected models only. Models available for this offer may vary per park; please confirm availability with team on park and/or area manager.

Referrals are issued a Wyldecrest Voucher. Offer is only available to Wyldecrest Parks’ Owners making a referral. The holiday home purchase must be fully completed by the referred customer prior to any monies being awarded. The referral introduction must be made in writing, prior to any home purchase, via the completion of the appropriate owner referral form. The first contact between the potential customer referred by the owner and Wyldecrest Parks must be made upon or after receipt of the customer referral form and after this being acknowledged at Wyldecrest Parks’ head office. Claims made after that won’t be considered. If the referral is made directly to a member of our team on park, a Referral Form must filled by the customer and the respective sales manager and must be sent to Head Office attached to the customer enquiry form.

The home purchased must be from Wyldecrest own stock. Referrals made once, during or after the sales process being initiated won’t be considered. This offer is not valid for referrals on customers who had previously cancelled and/or re-started a sale, even if it’s on a different park. The referrals schemes can’t be used by Wyldecrest employees and/or park managers. Wyldecrest Parks reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

The name of the owner and relationship must be confirmed at time of booking to receive the 20% holiday discount and must be paid in full within 7 days. Wyldecrest Parks reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or vouchers and is subject to availability. This offer applies to a minimum 3 night break and excludes all bookings made at Badgers Retreat. The discount can only be applied to off-peak holidays.
