I don’t think I can ever go back to living in a house ever. I have been spoilt forever! Everyone is so-so friendly & the community spirit on the park is amazing.
Angie Dutton (Resident Park Manager, Bradgate).
Please meet Angie, our friendly onsite manager in our Bradgate Park. Angie moved to the park in 2012 & took on the role of the park manager in 2014.
She lives with her partner & 2 lovely cats. Over to Angie!
I live in beautiful Bradgate Park. It is surrounded by lovely fields in the countryside & we are still just 5 minutes -walk to the superb Westwood Shopping Centre.
I love this area & know it very well, I grew up in Dover. From where our park is situated, the 3 lovely towns of Broadstairs, Ramsgate & Margate are a 5-minute drive.
You can get all utilities like Post Office & the GP in any of these towns as they are very accessible.
Bradgate Park is 12-months park so you don’t have to move out for even a single day if you don’t want to.
We have a lovely little gym & a clubhouse & bar in the park. You can spend a lovely evening catching up with friends in the park. There is a TV & snooker table in the club as well.
Our swimming pool has recently been refurbished & we are waiting for the COVID situation to ease up to reopen the pool. It is a heated pool.
I can just say that this park is a hidden gem – out in the lovely Kent countryside & so close to every facility & amenity you would need!
Thank you so much Angie for sharing your lovely experience with us.
Brand new & preloved Lodges & Statics are available for sale in the park, starting at £19,995. If you would like to arrange a visit – please get in touch.
It is an owners only park to ensure that we maintain peace & quiet & a lovely community atmosphere in the park.
Bradgate Holiday Park is sandwiched between some of England’s most beautiful sandy beaches. The park is located just two miles from the golden sands of Margate, Botany Bay and Joss Bay.
Margate is on England’s southeast coast. It’s known for its sandy beach, the modern Turner Contemporary art gallery and the popular Dreamland amusement park and entertainment centre which is based on a traditional British seaside funfair.
Broadstairs which is rim-full of nostalgic, old-world, seaside charm is a short ten minute drive from the park. Sandy bays meet surf schools. Fishermen’s cottages meet Charles Dickens connections. Retro ice-cream parlours meet chic shops. Relaxed and unspoilt, this is the perfect place for chilled-out, family-friendly fun and a great place for long walks along Kent’s Saxon Shoreline.
